Harkness Screens Unveils New R&D Hub at CineEurope 2024: Innovations Ahead!

“The response at this years CineEurope to the increased R&D resources being rolled out by Harkness Screens was overwhelming” reported Tony Dilley, SVP Sales

The company provided details of its latest R&D deployment, HSG-labs. Harkness have assembled a team of 10 optical engineers and software development specialists in a new facility close to Cannes, France

The team, led by Jerome Libert, have a series of new products due to ship in early 2025. One such product will be the newly announced ‘Checker’

Additionally the team will support and maintain equipment previously manufactured by Qalif Solutions.

Jerome Libert commented “ the team are excited about the future possibilities for the Ultimate and Spectro plus the utilisation of AI and the further software enhancements”

He went onto say “to have the opportunity to meet so many existing users at the show in Barcelona was a privilege and together with my colleagues Cody Polla and Nicolas Chiovini we were able to introduce the world of cinema to HSG-labs”
